Under the auspice of paryaya Shri Palimaru Matha, ‘Muddu Krishna Vesha’ competition was held for children from over 130 schools across Udupi district that are a part of the chinnara santarpane program. During the prize distribution program, His Holiness Vidyadeesha Teertha of paryaya Palimaru and His Holiness Eeshapriya Teertha, junior seer of Adamaru Matha prayed to Shri Krishna Mukhyaprana for the all-round development of the children and blessed them.
Smt.Jayamala, Minister of Women and Child welfare, Government of Karnataka who graced the occasion assured full support by the government to the chinnara santarpane program. Later, prizes were awarded to the winners. Diwan of the matha Vedavyasa Tantri welcomed and delivered the foreword. The Schools Association President Ashok Mada and Secretary of the chinnara santarpane program Shrinivas Rao conducted the program.
