In the year 2006, His Holiness Sri Sri Vidyadheesha Teertha Swamiji consecrated a 32ft monolithic statue of Sri Hanuman at Haridwar. This temple is now renowned as Bade Hanuman by localities. It is situated on the serene atmosphere of Neeldhara branch of holy Ganga.

How to reach there?
Bade Hanuman Mandir is situated on the South Western outskirts of Haridwar City. The locality is known as Kankhal. There are good roads to reach this temple.
If you are coming by Bus from New Delhi.
- Get down at below the flyover at Kankhal. Take an auto rickshaw and reach the Temple. It is around 2 Kms from this point.
- If you do not see Kankhal stop, then reach Haridwar Bus Station and catch an auto rickshaw and reach the below given address. Around 5 kms from the bus station.
If you are coming by your own vehicle
- Drive till Alakananda Guest house in Kankhal.
- Infront of Alakananda Guest house junction, take right and drive biragi camp police station. Follow the tar road and reach Bade Hanuman Mandir.
