The twenty-third seer in the lineage of Palimaru Matha is Shri Shri Raghuvara Teertha. Propounding the scriptures and undertaking religious observances were his breath of life.
ಶ್ರೀಶ್ರೀರಘುವರ ತೀರ್ಥರು.:-
ಇವರು ಶ್ರೀ ಮಠದ ಪರಂಪರೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಇಪ್ಪತ್ತಮೂರನೆಯ ಯತಿಗಳು ಶ್ರೀ ಶ್ರೀರಘುವರ ತೀರ್ಥರು. ಶಾಸ್ತ್ರಪ್ರವಚನ, ವ್ರತಾನುಷ್ಠಾನಗಳೇ ಇವರ ಜೀವನದ ಉಸಿರಾಗಿತ್ತು.
ಸುಮಾರು ಹದಿನೈದು ವರ್ಷಗಳ ಕಾಲ ಪೀಠದಲ್ಲಿದ್ದು ರಾಮಚಂದ್ರನ ಸೇವೆಗೈದ ಮಹಾತ್ಮರು ಶಾ.ಶ.೧೬೮೮ (ಕ್ರಿ.ಶ೧೭೬೫)ರ ಪಾರ್ಥಿವ ಸಂವತ್ಸರದ ಆಶ್ವಯುಜ ಶುದ್ಧ ಅಷ್ಟಮಿಯಂದು ಪಲಿಮಾರಿನ ವೇದವ್ಯಾಸದೇವರ ಸನ್ನಿಧಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ವೃಂದಾವನಸ್ಥರಾದರು.

This eminent seer adorned the peeta for about 15 years and served Ramachandra. In Shalivahana shaka 1688 (1765 A.D.) Paarthiva samvatsara ashwayuja shuddha ashtami, he attained vrindavana at the shrine of Lord Vedavyasa in Palimaru.
