The morning programs of third and final day of Sri Hanumajjayanti were conducted distinctively at Moola Matha of Palimaru today. To commemorate this sacred occasion 108 Pavamana Homas were conducted by the alumni of Yoga Deepika Vidyapeetha. It was followed by 108 Kalasha Abhisheka to Prana Devaru while chanting Pavamana Sookta. The program was lead by their holiness Sri Vidyadheesha Teertha Swamiji, Sri Vishvavallabha Teertha Swamiji and Sri Eeshapriya Teertha Swamiji.
Later, an interactive discourse session on Shodasha Sankaragalu was conducted by various scholars (The 16 holy rituals of purification). Dr. Herga Ravindra Bhat spoke on Garbhadhana, Pumsavana, Seemanta Unnayana and Vishnubali. The session was headed by Vidwan Sri Subrahmanya Avadhani, accompanied by Vidwan Sri Kalya Ashoka Bhat. The program was supported by Shivalli Brahmana Purohita Sangha.
Renowned scholar of Srirangam Sri Avadhani Bheemacharya was honoured by Sri Swamiji with Rajarajeshwara Prashasti during the event.
